Physical merchandise is still being armed. This page defines how shipping information will be presented before a physical TTD product is switched from preview to live sale.

BEFORE A PHYSICAL DROP GOES LIVE

TTD HQ should publish or confirm the product's physical format, available shipping regions, shipping charge or calculation method, and a reasonable dispatch estimate before accepting ordinary physical-product orders.

AUSTRALIA

Domestic Australian shipping options and charges will be loaded with each live physical drop once the fulfilment method is locked.

A product marked “arming”, “register interest” or “not yet for sale” does not yet carry a shipping promise.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping will only be offered to regions that are expressly shown or confirmed for that product. Customers may be responsible for local import taxes, duties or customs charges where applicable.

DISPATCH / DELIVERY

Any dispatch estimate is the time expected before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is separate and can vary by destination and service.

If tracking is included for a live product, the relevant tracking information should be provided after dispatch.

ADDRESS PROBLEMS

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order has not yet been dispatched, contact TTD HQ as soon as possible if an address needs correction.

DAMAGED / MISSING ORDERS

For a damaged, missing or incorrect physical order, contact TTDHQ@proton.me with the order details and problem description.

Applicable consumer rights are not removed by this shipping page.
