SITE USE
TTD HQ is an entertainment, publishing, game and merchandise website. You may browse the public site and use the browser games for personal, lawful use.
Do not intentionally interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, impersonate TTD HQ, misuse payment/contact systems, or use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Tactical Terror Division / TTD HQ branding, original Titan City characters, original site artwork, original comics, original game presentation and other original creative material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Access to the site does not transfer ownership of the underlying creative work. Do not commercially reproduce or resell TTD material without permission.
STORE LISTINGS
A product is only represented as available for purchase when the listing shows a final price, relevant product details and an active purchase/payment path. “Arming”, “coming next”, “register interest” and similar labels are previews rather than completed immediate-sale listings.
Product images may be presentation mockups. Final physical dimensions, material, finish, colour reproduction and packaging should be shown or confirmed before sale.
PAYMENTS
Where a purchase is offered, payment may be processed through an external payment service or an expressly stated payment rail. External providers have their own terms and may apply their own processing rules.
Do not send confidential credentials, passwords or private keys to TTD HQ.
GAMES / AVAILABILITY
Browser games and other site features may be changed, updated, rebalanced, replaced or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability on every device, browser or connection.
Game progress or scores stored only in your browser may be lost if browser/site storage is cleared.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
If a product or service is faulty, unsafe, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
